JCR Punting Scheme
The Treasurer is responsible for punting:

It's Trinity Term. It's Punting Time.
This year the Brasenose JCR Punt Club will have two punts at Magdalen and two at the Cherwell Boathouse throughout the term! For those who don’t want to wander across half of Oxford, Magdalen Bridge is ideal and for those who prefer seclusion, I would reccomend the Cherwell Boathouse.

Punting “Rulesâ€
For all of you who signed up for Punting this term, this is how it works:
- Reserve your punt online using the booking system
- Either print out your 'Punt Booking Ticket' or request for it to be pidged to you
- When you go punting, take your BOD card and the ‘Punt booking ticket’ with you.
If you don’t take your BOD card, you will not be able to boat.
There are a few rules:
- Since it’s their last term here, finalists traditionally have priority: Hence finalists in their last term can book punts 8 days in advance. If you are not a finalist, you can only book 7 days in advance - the booking system should automatically show you either 7 or 8 days accordingly.
- Any damage/losses are charged to the person whose name appears on the booking form.
- If you opted out of the punt club, you can’t use the punts, even as a guest of a punt club member.
- Maximum of 5 people in a punt.
- Please make sure you return punts at the correct time.
- If you are not going to use a punt you have booked, please cancel your booking as soon as possible.

Magdalen Bridge Boathouse
Walk along High Street until you get to Magdalen Bridge. The boathouse is on the left below the bridge. The sign is impossible to miss.
Cherwell Boathouse
Quicker:
Turn towards the University Parks (all the way up Parks Road past the KA). Then you turn right into Norham Gardens (or go through Uni Parks), turn left into Fyfield Road before LMH and follow it till you get to Bardwell Road. You then go to the end of Bardwell Road, the boathouse is slightly hidden down a small lane.
Easier:
Just follow Banbury Road till and turn right into Bardwell Road. You then go to the end of Bardwell Road, the boathouse is slightly hidden down a small lane.
